In 2021, Sarah had the idea to design a headband that was made as a tube, knit using an open knitted lace pattern. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;\" data-mce-style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: #212b36;\" data-mce-style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: #212b36;\"\u003eThe idea was to create a piece that used a light and lofty fabric, that was then doubled - creating a headband that is both extra warm, has beautiful texture AND is squishy and comfy. Sarah visited Naggar in the Spring of 2022, and taught the women the technique she'd used to create a twist in a headband. Kullvi WHIMS then incorporated one of the lace patterns from the shawl that Kusum had designed into the design.
