Overview:
We ship with Deutsche Post and DHL.
Shipping charges are added at checkout.
Shipments are made on Mondays and Thursdays, excluding local German holidays.
All packages include a tracking number.
Within Germany:
DHL Paket: 5.95 €Usually arrives between 3-5 days.
Within Europe: 13.99 €
Usually arrives within 7-14 days.
For deliveries to Non-EU States, additional customs fees or duties can occur during import, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Rest of the World:
Shipped with DHL Paket International.
Standard: 19.99 €
Premium: 25.99 €
There are currently longer than average delays in transit time. Customs clearance can also affect the transit time for parcels.

*Rani & Reine will not deliberately undervalue the cost of goods for international shipments.
Goods Damaged in Transit:
Rani & Reine does not assume responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Please lodge a formal complaint with the shipping company. All Deutsche Post and DHL shipments come with 500 Euro insurance (excluding warenpost).
Lost Parcels:
Rani & Reine offers tracking on all orders, but we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, please lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with the shipping company.
Refused Delivery:
Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct and complete, and therefore Rani & Reine will not be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect address.
For shipments that are returned to us, the customer is entitled to a refund for the cost of goods less shipping charges and any return shipping or customs fees or duties incurred.
In the case of refused delivery on an order with free shipping, the customer is entitled to a refund for the cost of goods less Rani & Reine’s cost of shipping the goods to the customer and any return shipping or customs charges incurred.
Within Germany: Free shipping on orders equal to and over 75 Euro.
Within Europe: Free shipping on orders equal to and over 100 Euro.
Rest of the World: Free shipping on orders equal to and over 200 Euro.
