Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the sample cancellation form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

3. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Voluntary Return Conditions

In addition to your legal rights, we ask that returned items:

• are sent back in their original condition
• include all tags and packaging where possible

This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs for replacement items unless the goods are defective.

6. Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you receive defective or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately.

In such cases:

• we will cover the return shipping costs
• and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with legal requirements

7. International Returns

For international returns, please ensure that returned items are correctly declared to avoid customs charges.

Any customs duties or fees incurred due to incorrect declaration may be deducted from the refund.
